The idea of the project began in 2006, initiated by Eng. Amin Hegazy, the founder and one of the pioneers of the air-conditioning industry in Egypt.
The goal was to enhance the quality and performance of Egyptian-made central air-conditioning products by obtaining a high-quality technical license from Italy.
Accordingly, an agreement was signed with “Weger Italy” to ensure the highest European standards.
The concept of the company was presented by Eng. Amin Hegazy to a group of prominent central air-conditioning experts, who welcomed the idea and joined as founding partners:
The company was officially established on March 5th, 2007, with an initial capital of EGP 5 million.
In 2007, the land allocation procedures began, and construction works started in the Abu Rawash Industrial Zone.
By 2009, all construction stages and equipment installations were completed.
Production trials began in late 2009 to achieve the highest quality standards and ensure that every product met international specifications using top imported raw materials.
