Process key performance indicators are set for each process as points of check on the internal audit checklist. Process performance is measured during the internal audits and results are approved by signature of auditor and auditee.

Volta Egypt continuously gauges customer satisfaction or dissatisfaction as one of the measurements of the efficiency of the quality management system.
In addition, Volta Egypt has submitted necessary paperwork, has been inspected twice, and is in an advanced stage of obtaining the ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 certificates.
