Sales Engineer

We are seeking a motivated Sales Engineer with strong technical and sales skills. The role requires excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work both independently and within a team. A background in Engineering or HVAC is preferred, with HVAC industry experience considered a plus. The position offers competitive commissions, annual bonuses, company car routes across multiple regions, private medical insurance, and stable official working hours from Sunday to Thursday.

Architectural draftsman

We are looking for a skilled technical professional with experience in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and sheet metal design and operations. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, has at least one year of experience, and is preferably based in Cairo or Giza, with a maximum age of 28. The position offers monthly production incentives, annual bonuses, company vehicle routes across multiple regions, private medical insurance, and stable official working hours from Sunday to Thursday.

Specs for Head of Quality Dept

We are seeking an experienced Quality and Technical Leader with strong expertise in sheet metal manufacturing, welding processes, mechanical assembly, and material specifications. The role requires hands-on leadership in implementing and maintaining ISO 9001:2015 QMS, advanced quality planning, process control, and data-driven improvement. The ideal candidate has a solid engineering background, proven experience in quality transformation, team leadership, supplier quality management, and a proactive approach to safety, process optimization, and customer satisfaction.

Technical and Industrial Expertise:

Leadership in implementation and maintaining process of QMS.
In depth knowledge of sheet metal processes (laser cutting-punching-bending, forming)/welding MIG, TIG and welding inspection standards, finishing processes coating, plating etc, mechanical assembly (press fits, riveting, threading).
Knowledge of material specs like (cold rolled steels, aluminium, stainless steel and their reactions with processing (bending, welding etc).
Measuring and metrology (using gauges and measuring instruments).

QMS Expertise:

Hands on experience with ISO90001:2015.
Advanced quality planning (AQP) including creating quality control plans, FMEAs, and managing production online approval processes.
Able to implement and use IPC to analyse process data and identify trends and drive improvements not just reacting to out of control conditions.
Root cause analysis and corrective and preventive action by using tools like 5 whys, fishbone diagrams and pareto analysis.
Supplier quality management: auditing in suppliers like material suppliers and outsourcings and made periodically evaluations according to a well-defined criteria.

Leadership and Soft Skills:

Lead, follow up and develop a team of quality control inspectors (a coach and teacher).
Strong personality and able to say No for nonconformity variations.
Exceptional communication skills.
Data driven decision making using Minitab is an advance.

Requirements:

Degree in production mechanical engineering with minimum 5-7 years proven experience in sheet metal manufacturing and processing industry (cable tries or HVAC accessories or automotive cooling systems industries).
Proven record in 6 sigma, lean, data analysing is an advantage.
Good knowledge and practice of ISO 9001.
Fully integration with OSHA knowledge to be associated with QMS.
Should implement culture where both quality and safety risks are analysed and proactive.
Working to create and maintain SOPs (standard operations procedures).
Proven record in NQC and CPQ reduction (non-quality cost and cost of poor quality) projects as an advance.
Proven record in waste reduction and scrap minimization and optimization is an advance.
Main target is to lead culture and systematic transformation of quality from a reactive inspection-based activity to a proactive, process controlled and data driven value stream with a special care in customer satisfaction and with a spotlight in health and safety working environment.
